Sebastian Igreti

As CEO and co-founder of TechMD, Sebastian is passionate about empowering people to leverage their technology in new ways. Under his leadership, TechMD has continually expanded its innovative approach to managed services and maintained a gold standard of service for its clients.

Sebastian has been working in and around technology for more than twenty years now. Prior to co-founding TechMD, he served as the Director of Information Technology at Tulon, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing IT strategy as the company expanded into several international markets.

Sebastian was born in Romania and immigrated to the U.S. with his family as a teenager. He currently resides in Huntington Beach with his wife, Andreea, and their three rambunctious sons.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.

David Bryden

As President of TechMD, David Bryden is committed to helping TechMD stay on the cutting edge of an ever-changing technology landscape.

David started his career writing software for Boeing’s C17 Flight Controls Department, and he’s been involved in the technology world ever since. He has been married to his high-school sweetheart for more than 14 years, and they are blessed with two amazing kids. David is passionate about helping others succeed and loves spending time outdoors. His favorite pastimes include mountain biking, road cycling, camping, and backpacking.

David studied Economics and earned his Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.

“Time manipulation, as in the ability to affect the flow of time by slowing, accelerating, reversing, or stopping it. There are so many moments I’d love to slow down and take in more deeply, and there are many historical events I’d love to experience first-hand.”

Jason Gimeno

As the COO, Jason Gimeno is in charge of managed services, professional services, and research and development at TechMD. With more than ten years of experience managing IT systems, Jason is committed to perfecting TechMD’s tools and processes, thereby ensuring that we continue to provide the excellent customer experience and world-class technical support that we have become known for.

Jason is married to his wonderful wife Julie and has an awesome son, Luke, with another son on the way. Aside from spending time with his family, his favorite things to do include playing music, fidgeting around with technology, and working on small home improvement projects.

Jason earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Florida and holds a Masters Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.

“It’s the combination of having a great team and a great environment to come to every day and enjoying the experience that comes out of the work we do. Mark Perez

As co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of TechMD, Mark Perez loves a good challenge: he is passionate about finding creative ways to diagnose and resolve complex business problems. As a result, he works in a variety of disciplines and is responsible for managed services, business intelligence, and special projects at TechMD.

Mark fell in love with technology at age nine when he received a Commodore 128 for Christmas; he has been tinkering ever since. He briefly worked as a Java Programmer early in his career, until realizing that he could better harness his passion for technology by starting his own company. He teamed up with Sebastian, his best friend from high school, and together they co-founded TechMD.

Mark has been married for more than ten years now and has two beautiful daughters who thankfully look more like their mother. He loves to tinker at home as well as in business, and he is constantly working to make things just a bit better every day.

Mark studied Psychology and holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of California Berkeley.

Why do you love working at TechMD?
“Every day brings new challenges and I love finding new ways to meet them. We also have fantastic people on our team, and the collaborative process of resolving these challenges is typically fun and exciting.”

Jon Epperson

Jon Epperson is the Vice President of Business Development at TechMD, and is responsible for overseeing our business development, marketing initiatives, and client relations. He has more than ten years of experience with leading sales and customer management teams in the technology industry.

Jon has been married to his amazing wife, Jen, for ten years now, and together they have two kids, Caden and Tessa. He loves spending time with his family, particularly coaching his son’s football and soccer teams. His favorite hobbies include playing and watching sports, surfing, playing poker, and trout fishing.

Jon graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and holds an MBA in Business Finance from Cal State Fullerton.

“I love working at TechMD because of the people and the culture. I’m also really excited about the great companies that we get to work with every day, finding ways to leverage their technology to help their businesses grow and flourish.”

Julie Monical

As the Director of Human Resources and Administration, Julie Monical is in charge of managing administrative processes and maintaining TechMD’s culture of engagement and empowerment. She also has the privilege of recruiting and welcoming new team members to the TechMD family.
 
Julie grew up in Ojai, CA and has found her second home in beautiful Long Beach, CA, where she has resided for the past 17 years with her husband, Ed, and her son, Nico. She is passionate about spending time with family and friends, particularly while enjoying music and cooking.
 
Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and has spent more than fifteen years supporting management and human resources teams.

Doug Foster

As TechMD’s vCISO, Doug Foster takes on the role of the Chief Information Security Officer for our clients, helping them develop and execute long-term strategies to protect their business from cybersecurity threats. With more than thirty years of experience in the industry, Doug is uniquely positioned to help our clients get the most of their technology.

He is happily married to his wife, Andrea, and together they have four sons and six grandchildren. Doug is from the St. Louis area and moved to Southern California in 2012 to join TechMD. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, tennis, and Frisbee golf, and he can often be found working on puzzles, whether a technology-related question or a simple game of Sudoku.

Doug holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Electronics and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).

Why do you love working at TechMD?
“I met Mark and Sebastian in 2007 as a part of a networking group, and I did not hesitate to join the team when asked in 2012. TechMD is staffed with best-in-class personnel, which makes for an exciting, enjoyable, and challenging work environment. And I love bringing CISO-level services to our clients, helping them align their cybersecurity strategy with their business goals.”
