After dedicating 11 years to serving a Massachusetts town and its school system, culminating in his role as CTO, Mike made a bold decision to transform his career path. Mike’s focus is on assisting towns and schools in revolutionizing their IT offering through the utilization of managed services purpose built for their needs. With his extensive knowledge and passion for technological advancements, Mike is committed to driving positive change and optimizing IT operations for communities across the nation.
John Moniz
Technical Account Manager, SLED Markets
John Moniz is a customer service professional with over 17 years in the public and private sectors. Having worked for a global food and beverage company for the bulk of that time, John started his career as a front-line customer service representative. Excellent performance has propelled John into numerous roles within that organization, from people leadership to technology management, ultimately landing on the customer service executive team. Now with TechMD, John’s focus is bringing this customer service excellence to the management of the public sector.
